Meeting b/w the club, promoters,Highland Council and the emergency services have been taking place to see the arrangements for the July 2, gig.
Promoter Liz Doogan-Hobbs told the Press and Journal: "We want it to be well planned and sustainable for the future.
"It is a tremendous opportunity for the area, not just Ross County."
Doogan-Hobbs said: "In our experience it brings so much more to the community than just a gig taking place.
"It is also hoped that special arrangements could be put in place for public transport to and from the venue."
